We ordered a wand for our older model Majestic on December 26th, Received it on January 3rd. It was the wrong type, as I used the model number but forgot we upgraded so the wand was for the newer model. Called and returned on January 3rd, had to pay freight, was received, via signature on January 9th. I called a couple of days later just to check if they got it and sent out the replacement. was told they would e-mail me when shipped. It shipped today, the 17th, won't get here until around the 24th. If I would have returned and asked for my money back, ordered the same one from Amazon on the 9th, when I knew you had the returned order, I would have had the correct wand at the end of last week. Originally when I called about the mix up and how to return it, I was told that it should be a quick turnaround, I jokingly said it would add 2 weeks, and was assured that wasn't the case. Well no, it will be 4 weeks from the original call on the 3rd. I do not think this is good service at all. What took over 1 week to send out the replacement?

I ordered a part over a month ago. Payment has been taken but part not received. Emailed them for information, no response yet. This is the first time in 28 years that I have regretted having ordered a part from America.
