Model 31 still going strong

I've had my Model 31 Filter Queen since 1977. The label on the canister has come off but the internal workings are still going strong. Only issue I have is that the floor polishing felt pad is no longer available nor is the original floor attachment (rug nozzle) it goes on. Mine also came with a whole set of extra attachments for shampooing carpets and upholstery. It even had something to use like a hair dryer. It's a keeper. I haven't ordered the filter kit yet but need to. Nothing works better than Filter Queen filters.

Never Received Order but Paid for It

There was a wrong house number on my shipment and I never received my order. It was impossible to reach FilterQueen to correct the problem by phone, and my message sent by email to them was never responded to. The post office has a service request case #, but as I said, it is like there is no one to help customer
