disappointed

I was super excited to get this vacuum considering my mother has had another filter queen model for 10yrs and going. I was expecting this vacuum to do the same for the price I paid of $200 dollars plus shipping. This vacuum didn't even last a full year of use. I took care of this product and made sure to maintain it so that it would last a long time. I wasn't being reckless and making this vacuum smack into anything or it falling on the floor cause it tipped over. But it still broke, the connection between the battery and the head piece. There is several wiring compartments for the head piece, extension piece, and the battery somewhere it must of lost connection. When I turn on the vacuum the head doesn't spin so it doesn't actually suck anything up any more. The battery still sucks and vacuums with the straight and angled attachment and the other one but I can no longer vacuum with the main part of this vacuum that's used for carpets and hardwood floors it's almost basically useless. Idk I don't think this is worth any one's money or time unless I somehow got a faulty one it lasted for 7 months. Maybe if it was built with more quality material it would've lasted longer the longer extension piece that slides up and down did always feel a little wobbly/not sturdy.

Bought a NEW One - Disappointing

A bought a brand new stick vacuum, not a reconditioned one and the suction was so weak that it did not consistently pick up light particles from the hardwood. It had absolutely no edge cleaning, from the front or sides. I was able to return it but be warned THE RETURN SHIPPING COST IS ON YOU! The on and off switch is the stupidest place also. One good thing - very maneuverable.

Great while it lasted

The battery died completely before a year of use.
